Your previous comments really tickled me. I did ask Dirk (my wonderful husband, who also happens to be white) what would a white person call our “hunk cheese”. Some of his thinking is now on the black side after 18 years and he couldn’t think of what you would call it. So, after reading Jennifer’s comment that most people (meaning, I think white people) would call it “block cheese” made a little bit more sense. LOL
And although I totally disliked the Kroger brand fudge bars, their hunk/block cheese is just fine!

I have to admit that I didn't know what "Hunk Cheese" was, either, but I wasn't about to ask! Ha! Yes, I've always called it Block Cheese...now I totally understand! :) Have a good one!

Daphine...I am laughing so hard. I can't believe I missed this entry, but I'm so glad I went back through your blog. And I'm so glad I could help clear things up for everyone. Hunk...block...whatever you want to call it, it's cheese and it's yummy!!!! Okay, still laughing. This one will probably tickle me all day.
